Farmácia Nova da Sobreda, in the municipality of Almada, is now running a new clinical analysis center, the result of a partnership between the Shee group, which owns the establishment, and Joaquim Chaves Saúde.
The new analysis service is open from Monday to Saturday between 8am and 12pm, allowing users to carry out routine tests and other specialized tests such as biopsies, cytology or genetic tests.
"This model gives users quick and convenient access to laboratory care, with routine results delivered on the same day," the pharmacy said in a press release. It is an "integrated concept of proximity health, which unites pharmacy and laboratory, optimizing the user's time and facilitating access to fundamental care", adds the same press release.
Located in Rua Quinta do Gato Bravo, Nº17/19, Farmácia Nova da Sobreda is easily accessible and has free parking.
In operation since June 2023, Farmácia Nova da Sobreda has an innovative model that goes beyond the traditional pharmacy concept. Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, it offers a night drive-in (between 10pm and 8am), with smart lockers for picking up orders and a home delivery service, reinforcing its commitment to convenience and well-being.

"The integration of the Joaquim Chaves Saúde collection point allows the population of Sobreda to have quick access to clinical analysis and continuous monitoring, all in one place," he concluded.
"Taking advantage of our experience and the consolidation of our brand, based on the activity of our laboratories and clinics, it makes sense for us to accept the challenge of the Shee brand and bet on a new model, through which people can find, in addition to our services in one place, in an easily accessible area and with all the convenience, the possibility of quickly purchasing medicines after the consultation, in case of need," explained Joaquim José Chaves, chairman of the Board of Directors of Joaquim Chaves Saúde.
Farmácia Nova da Sobreda is part of Shee's expansion plan in collaboration with Joaquim Chaves Saúde, which envisages new units with this integrated model in various regions of the country.
