Located in a freeway zone, the A5 Oeiras Pharmacy is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and functions as a true point of continuous care. The A5 Clinic, adjacent to the pharmacy, offers medical consultations without an appointment, a daily nursing service, clinical analysis, tests such as ABPM, Holter monitoring and electrocardiograms, as well as the usual dispensing of medicines and pharmaceutical advice. The partnership with the Joaquim Chaves Saúde laboratory - installed in the adjoining space - allows all this to happen quickly, safely and with high clinical quality.
The great innovation of this model lies in the integration of services: users can carry out their clinical analysis or laboratory tests at the Joaquim Chaves Saúde collection point and then go to the pharmacy to get advice, buy medication or continue their therapeutic follow-up. The response is immediate, complete and provided by teams that communicate with each other, ensuring that the experience is fluid and person-centered.
The presence of a 24-hour drive-in makes it even more convenient to pick up medication during the night. The unit is equipped with direct parking and easy access, designed for users with reduced mobility or demanding schedules.
This infrastructure also makes it possible to optimize the time of those who use the services. Many users take the opportunity to go for laboratory tests, receive clinical follow-up and pick up medication, all in a reliable, modern and well-equipped space. The Joaquim Chaves Saúde collection center offers routine analyses and special tests, such as biopsies, cytology or genetic tests. The service is available from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 9pm, without the need for an appointment.
